History: Boom was the first to be born in Sharpblaze and Valiona's family. Even though she is the oldest, she is by far the smallest and most childlike. She is a small Autobot full of love, wanting nothing more than to make others happy, and form close friendships with all the autobots around her.
Her small and weak frame meant she would not be a capable fighter, and thus she was ordered (By Sharpblaze and Valiona's request) to be stationed at base at all times where she would be safe, and help the Autobots in other ways. When ever she desires to go outside her safe space, she must be accompanied by another Autobot whom can protect and look after her, in case any danger were to arrive.

Boom would soon find a love interest, a small and cheerful Autobot like her named Tailgate. He was found badly injured and under a pile of rubble, after crash landing his ship. He was rescued by the Autobots and taken in for repairs.
Seeing as Boom spent all her time in the base helping others, she found it was in her best interest to get to know Tailgate and comfort him while he recovered. The two grew very close, spending nearly all of their free time together.
They began to realize that they were starting to care very deeply for one another, gaining a sense of true love. Soon enough, the two Small bots found themselves being Sparkmates.
