Even worse quality than the latest upload but ppl, ppl plz!A progress-sheet of a pair of commissioned bracers.
1: paper-model, plain cut-out leather sheet and a sheet feat. the basic pattern to be hammered in
2: Both bracers in their complete detail
3: Basic blue and red dyes on cross-edges and shield.
4: Completed paintjob with inlay-dyeing of celtic patterns.
5: Antiqued and aged, done pair of bracers!

How did you transfer the design onto your leather?

Moderately wet the leather and then trace the lines from the paper design onto the leather with a really dull knife!

Its a mix of purchasable antique-stains and water/alco/color mixes
