Easy enough I think, I mean it's hardened but cut right above the beltline so you can move pretty good

Wow! This is fantastic.
I've been making leather masks, but I am itching to start making some armor. Did you mold this directly onto your body, or did you use a mannequin?

partially a mannequin, but mainly just mold by hand till it had the right shape

Oliver, how did you attach the shoulders in the back? Do you prefer to permanently affix them or are they done with straps and buckles?

They are attatched on the back. They are oly buckled up front to make sure one gets into it even with a chainmaille
