Description
Wakonda - relief. Brass, 85x50x5mm.Base pic (c) and the character (c) , third dimension (cc=a [link] ) me, so if you want to use it, obtain proper permissions from the original authors first, then credit me in the derivative work.
I used several completely new techniques while making it, I practically didn't touch the airbrush tool (the past works were made almost strictly with it), and instead depended on precise selection, feather, gaussian blur and curves tools. Otherwise - standard: Gimp, HCAM, Impala 400. As you can see, the effect is better than before
Greetings and kudos for Bloodie and Shin for great source image ( [link] )
Sorry for the ugly stand.
And check out the scrap ( [link] ) for more detailed and clear (though less 'arty') view.

Wow, this is gorgeous! ^^ The way you've got the mane, tail, and feathers floating like that is really impressive.

hehe.. i found her gallery 'equinedreams' first, and I've learnt how to draw anthro from it... moreover I did not know that creatures like these are 'existing'... This was well, hmm... in last april, and I proved my art from loosy 'things' to the pics that you've commented... ^,^
Than I've searched on google for Bloodhound-Omega, and I found his(umg... her?) gallery as well, than I clicked on shinnie's link, so I knew all their arts...
Anyway, I just like her art very much, but I still no got connection with her, nor Shinnie or Bloodi... And I was just interested in..

hehehe, 'know' is too much said. In all these cases.
I've been a secret fan of Shin for a long time, but contacted her only very recently, when I was looking for inspiration for a new relief sculpture (and a good lineart base pic) and Wakonda Leap was just it, and so it went
You could say I 'inherited' contact with Bloodi together with the Polfurs club management (not that I didn't know of her before - I saw her art for a long time ago, but when I saw it first, I didn't like it really (it wasn't anything outstanding), and somehow forgot her until now (always connecting it with not too good impression whenever I stumbled upon her name) - but she has incredibly improved since then and only recently I saw what I've been missing thorough last years.
So, I know art of Nelena. I like it pretty much. I'm quite sure she doesn't even know of my existence though.
Any reason why you're asking?

That's awesome! I can't believe my art was made into something like this. Very, very impresive. X3
