Goldman Sachs, the Koch brothers, Bank of America, Sheldon Adelson, Rotheschild, the Rockafellers, and plenty of other Corporations, CEO's, and just general economic entities. They "lobby" or pay off politicians to create laws in their favor. Often these bills that they present are actually written by the same people that are paying them to do so. Thus, politicians are no longer creating bills for the good of the people, but to please the entities that pay them to vote how they want them to.

In any case, saying that politicians in general are doing it is a mass generalization and weakens your argument.

I don't say that all politicians are bought, but a good majority of them are.
The first thing you have to realize is the first major politician bought, Woodrow Wilson, who allowed the Federal Reserve, which is in actually an entirely privately owned bank, to print money, which in turn allowed inflation, the bailout of major banks which prey on the debt of those who take out loans while they themselves do not have that money.
Another example would be Citizens United case, allowing unlimited amounts of money to be put into election campaigns by corporate entities, which stacks the odds of any election almost insurmountably in favor of the highest bidder.
Not to mention the broad, extremely abusable bills SOPA, PIPA, and CISPA, the constant Tax cuts and bail outs to big banks and Wall Street (most famously the "Bush Era" tax cuts).
