I'd say that the Affordable Care Act (for those who don't know - That's the _real_ name of ObamaCare, a name which was something conservatives started using for it, hoping to turn the uninformed against it) was an attempt to bring America closer to the twenty-first century with the rest of the civilized world where most countries already have Universal Healthcare.
The United States hasn't made that many moves to push through any terrorist areas under current leadership either. It could be postulated that the isolationist "America First" mentality may actually lead to a _lessening_ compared to before.
Why the hell would you need secured borders. Mexico? America has actually, for quite some time, been hemoraging people, who are going _back_. More than are flowing in.
Terrorists? Most of the terrorist attacks in America are either White Supremasists or radicalized U.S. citizens (something you could only stop if you censored the internet, borders got jack shit to do with it). You actually have _less_ terrorist attacks than many other countries (Oh. And this was before the retarded "Muslim-ban" which doesn't even target many of the high risk areas where people like the 9/11 crowd came from) and if someone decided to hijack a plane again a wall would be about a useful as a fart in the wind.

No No No, "The" worst president. Nobel Peace Prize for no reason, made lot of promises during the campagin but none actually happened. Obamacare was no use but a disaster in causing great depression, the highest unemployment rate ever in the US history. Allowing 30 million "illegal" immigrants to pass the border, now there are a lot of common theifs, drug dealing, and gunfire incidents. Stripping down the millitary spending to make sure our foes to kill our troops more easily, our people died in the middle east among these 8 years war. Giving speeches about races like we are still living in the 60's, and dramatically bringing racism back again. Eventually left us with 20 trillion debt. Ummmm....should I say ummm...he's the best president? Let me think....ok ok, guys, put your dildo down, whatever, sure, sure, he's the best president we ever had. Hail Obama! Long live America! Nope, it was all by hand typed through my own learning and understanding from this disastrous 8 years of presidency buddy. Although I never heard of this "WikiHow" and I really don't have any idea for what it is, but seems like even this "WikiHow" knows what is going on in our country and not been brainwashed. I think my point is that you're repeating some of the oldest and least informed talking points of the last decade or so, thinking that somehow you're saying something new or revolutionary.
You're blaming the former president for things that are largely: A. out of his control B. systemic issues that have more to do with the United States and its system of government as a whole and C. not typified by Obama (vs. his predecessors, for example).
If you actually want to "make the world better" (which is of course admirable) you'd be better served studying your history and reading up on political theory.
