Description

One of the Clone Troopers who served the Galactic Republic in the Battle of Drongar in 20 BBY during the Clone Wars was CT-802, who at the brink of death was transported to the Republic Mobile Surgical Unit 7, were the lethal infection he had contracted during an injury at the battle was healed by Doctor Jos Vondar, thanks to the valuable Bota, a plant native to Drongar which had great medical qualities and accomplished the treatment. As it violated the Repunlic’s regulations to not wast valuable Bota on Clone Troopers, CT-802 was disillusioned by the Republic who fought this war and had ordered the Clone Troopers for millions and billions of credits, but was unwilling to pay for their well being and survival, if creating new ones was cheaper and more cost efficient on the long run. Later during the Clone Wars he served in the 54th Division under Klatoonian Jedi General Yoroc Manter and Padawan Jedi Commander Kufo Wroonan were he served underneath Clone Captain Rufo alongside other Clone trooper, Clone pilots, ARF troopers, Clone Gunner, Clone scout, clone jet trooper, who fielded the 54th Division vehicles like AT-TE, LAAT/i, AT-RT, AV-7 Anti-vehicle Artillery Cannon, BARC Speeders. During the Clone Wars in 19 BBY the 54th Division served on Klono V with Jedi Knight Almia Opaly's 81th Infantry Brigade, when the Imperial Order 66 targeted their Clone Commanders during a strategy meeting with Jedi General Manter, while a secondary squad entered the medical wing and shot Wroonan in his bed. As Imperial Clone Troopers and traitors to the Republic Republican Loyalists and Jedi viewed these Imperial supporters as traitors and targeted each other as enemies. As the result of that several of these Clone Forces, some supportive of Republic Loyalists, others supportive of Imperialists were fighting one another when the Republic transformed into the Empire. Unlike many assumed and believed the transition from the Galactic Republic to the Empire was smooth, as many believed, but the truth was not only the Delegation of the 2,000, but also local Senators, Planetary and System Leaders opposed this move.

Many of them were backed not only by their own planetary and system police, security and armed forces that they had build up during the Separatist Crisis and the Clone Wars, but also some of the Clone Troopers themselves, as their programming sometimes made them loyal to the Republic, not the rogue Imperialist Admirals, Generals Moffs and Governors now taking over, as some Clones saw them as nothing more then another variety of the Separatist Alliance, the Confederacy of Independent Systems attempting to breakup of the Galactic Republic, or to topple and change it from the inside. As a result of that these various different Clone Troopers would fight one another, especially if their non-Clone officers, commanders, admirals, generals, senators, local planetary and species leaders or even Jedi who directly commanded them were not accompanying in the Imperial takeover and this split lead to some infighting, or even battles and skirmishes against one another in various oversectors, sectors, worlds, planets and moons were Clone Troopers and Republic Troopers of various affiliation, allegiances and loyalties between the Republic and the Empire fought one another, resulting in even more losses. Therefore some local forces even joined sides with not only Republic Loyalists, Imperialists, or even former enemy Separatists Alliance members as well, leading to severely anarchy and chaos, especially during the Outer Rim Sieges and Reconquest of the Rim, which was already immensely confused and tumultuous already, especially as the Separatist Crisis and search for allegiances already had worsened many local conflicts between species, worlds, governments and even different classes, social and religious groups, which had therefore worsened as Separatist, Republic Loyalists and later Imperialists had supported, backed and supplied various of these groups and movements. Their internal rivalries therefore turned into open conflicts, battles and wars, which was why the Clone War became overall known as the Clone Wars, as it was made up of various smaller skirmishes, conflicts and wars between local governments, populations, police, security, army, gangs, bandit, space pirate, smuggler and other rivaling groups, factions and movements.
