A while back I posted the underpainting for this piece. Here it is completed in full color.

Paul Wendling, member of IMPS and one of the world’s foremost experts on Ley Lines. He will appear in future Ascension Epoch books.

He's a mage -- the "I studied really hard to learn this" kind of mage, not the kind who just seems to know magic intuitively -- who can manipulate space and coordinates, particularly using ley lines.

This piece is notable because it's a realistic portrait of one of our fictional characters -- that is, his face is made up.

Done with a blend of Dr. Ph. Martin's Hydrus watercolors and Prima Watercolor Confections. I added highlights and some color correction digitally as well.
