DR LIGHTMANThis one took longer than I had expected (About 30 hours stretched over 5 days). I spent a lot of time fussing over the details more than I usually would
I've also come to the conclusion that ALL of my actor portraits (that ARENT of William Fichtner) all have some form of facial hair. Eeeerie....
Photoshop CS5
Airbrush, Dodge/Burn tool for detail and Sharpen/Blur tool for finishing touches!
Also with the help of Photoshop Skin texture brushes!

Been gazing at your portrait for at least five minutes trying to find something to say. I just can't. Gimme ANOTHER five minutes and I still won't.
I am stiing in my sofa, the screen is 2 metres ahead (it's a 24 inches wide screen, don't worry) and my eyes are wide open. I'm looking at him (I'm not looking at a drawing, I'm lookin' at him, see the difference?) and... he's going to step out of my monitor and say: ยซI know what you think!ยป

Oh, yes, you've definitely spent such time on details that it's visible, especially on the skin texture. And eyes no longer have any secrets to you. So far I was wondering how come there could be yet more details you could add to your portraits... I *see* you did!
