Tips:
~ Change the color of the shadow layer using the "Adjust Hue/Saturation" feature
~ The current animation is at 0.3 seconds per frame

Mine was somewhere between $50-100 (it's a tiny one XD.
It was a Wacom Bamboo Fun Tablet which came with Photoshop elements, which lacks some of the features regular photoshop has, but it's still pretty good! I also like this brand because the pen doesn't need batteries.
I got it somewhere online. I forgot, but it should be easy to search up ^^
