www.ezimba.com works really well. Β Just upload the first frame, and under Mix Animate click "Frame Animation" and you can figure out the rest with ease.

Save the image and use the brush or bucket tool in whatever program to fill it in. You can animate it in Gimp which is a completely free program. You put one of the two icons on one layer and the other on a second layer. Just make sure it's on a 50x50 pixel canvas
