If you have children or at least had to babysit you know how serious can kids be about these games. You turn away for a moment and when you're back you see they're about to perform a real surgery or injection or whatever. And they're not confused by your presence, rather irritated that you get in the way when you say they can't keep playing like that. You know, that frown and "she needs her liver removed!" That's both hilarious and frightening. You know they'll find a moment and... Yeah. Gotta explain things in a rushed but serious manner. Or at least enjoy the fact that you're not the one to explain that and pass them on to their parents.

Point is, it happens and it keeps you on your toes. But... just imagine your kid has magical powers to do THAT.
