.•´¯'•-» }Full View Please{ «-•´¯'•. (My apologizes if the colors look too bright…I blame the color setting in this computer that I am using...)

When I was at school, I was rather depressed about some things. Just stuff that is going on in reality I guess. So what I did was start playing my good ol’ music of The Beatles, since it have cheer me up a few times, especially to one song, “Across the Universe.” Then, an inspiration comes up, and I started to draw Lucera (Also known as Luna to some people that have used to role play me a few years ago). I don’t know how it happens, but I was drawing this like crazy, mostly it was happy feeling when I drew her.

Although, I drew this piece a couple of months ago, and I was about to submit it sooner, but what cause this interruption was because my laptop just dies on me, and it also had my Adobe photo shop in it. So yes, that is one of my reasons that I haven’t been uploading stuff lately.

What about Lucera you may ask? For about 3 years or so, I have been holding onto this character, like I would to any person. I use to make her as made-up for Kingdom Hearts, but I guess time has change, and that includes her storyline and age. Although, she still have a good heart and at times a bit clueless or too serious when it comes to jokes. She does try to help people as much as she can, if fact, she would even sacrifice her own life if it does go out of hand (Which is….all the time). Right beside, she still has her old companion of course, Silver. He will still never leave her side, no matter what outcome it happens.

But slowly, I have grown attached to Lucera, but who wouldn’t? Unlike her “so-called” friend, Marisol, she basically treats everyone as if it was a family to her, and would try to fix every situation; even it does goes out of hand at times. Despite that her power his dark, she would only use it for the good of people, or not even use it at all.

The only thing that I hate from this picture is her pants, her facial expression, and also her wings. I tried as much as I can to fix her pants to make a nice a pose, but it doesn’t really too realistic. But then again, I wasn’t too satisfied about the pose anyways, since it does look exactly like my other people with the standing poses. –shrugs- He was suppose to frown, but I really lack on how to do expressions as usual. The wings were only a practice, but I still need to touch it up in some parts to make it at least more realistic.

~Symbolism~

The Moon - As you might have known, her old name use to be called “Luna,” which mean Moon in Spanish. I did wanted to make a background with rain, but that would take some time, as well as, there is less space in the picture because of the wings.

The Forget-Me-Nots - A flower that holds the symbol of “To remember me by.” Along time ago, she have convince to herself that she rather be oblivious to everyone. Thinking to her self that she was never to be born, and to be forgotten. But later, she began to realize that there were some people that really do care about her, and therefore she would only stay, just for them. She give the flowers of the Forget-me-nots for those she really care for, but only this can happen if she was either leaving to a different, or finally to say her final good bye and to never return. But she still wants them to remember her anyways.

Locket - To hold a remembrance of something that she truly care for. Someone “did” give it to her, but she somehow have forgotten whom have gave it to her…(Long story for that story..). I did mention about a locket in my past role plays, but it wasn’t too deep.

Purple - It is her favorite color after all. Unlike the insane orange that Marisol prefers all the time, Purple is more of a passive color which does suits Lucera’s personality quite nicely.
