you like to be aadeviant and i like to be with a deviant girl i live in the california art district of my town and this does have a festival sometimes maybe you want to go i write music and use shop to draw but we all started with the pencil you have a nice body ok ok yhays enough i am Greg from california thinking about going to lake tahoe for about a week and need some company would you go if i paid this is your choice you could draw out there

The musculature is good, well thought out and realistic. The colour scheme is excellently chosen, particularly in the wings. The detail of the fingers and the horn and the scales around the head is also high quality.
It looks like you didn't spend as much effort on the lower half, though: the tail is particularly sketchy and the absence of the feet is notable - especially given how much detail is in the upper body.
The other thing to work on is adding dimensionality. This image is effectively a side-on profile with the torso slightly twisted; a more dynamic posture could make it feel less flat (e.g. some bend in the wings, the legs more widely spread as in an approach-to-landing). It is hard work to reach that level, but with the skills you've shown here it would definitely offer strong results.
