Description This CSS was created for a Journal CSS Contest by `Staged . I don't won it but I think it's good enough for a release. Currently the Internet Explorer 6 isn't supported because I use some PNGs with transparency.

Using this. I do have a couple questions, though.

-Will I have to make a .png for each journal title?
-How do I get the quotation mark for the quote area?
