Eh, I'd say he'd qualify as a furry. I mean, if your just looking for a non-human character, with human-like qualities, then I'm certain he fits the bill. He's not quite based on any naturally defined or classified animal, but if you're just looking to draw a human-like character with fur and animal features, then it's fine.
