A nice lovecraftian tableau. Artistically, it is a delightful piece. However, some of the technical aspects need some work.
The surfaces of the creatures seems dry and flat. A top coat with some shine to give it the appearance of moisture/wetness would help them to appear more lifelike, rather than like stone statues. A few 'slime trail' highlights across the bodies of the girls would also help.
The lighting is a bit contrived. It doesn't seem to be coming from anything, and it is almost like a photography studio. There are a lot of better ways you could light this scene, give it some depth, and bring out the otherwordly quality of the scene.
The expressions of the two girls also seems a bit out of place. I would expect a bit more surprise or horror, instead of just pleasure.
Your idea is great, it just needs to be 'fleshed' out a bit more, and given a few subtle details that will truly bring it to life.

At first glance, there is something truly disturbing in this image, how the creatures so foreign to our sensibilities would have two such gorgeous being under their control--but this is what makes this image so deeply impactful. The women are both terrified and yet succumbing to what is happening. There is a sense of how they are not only resigning themselves to what is going to happen but they are starting to find their bodies responding to the stimulation. The faint touch of pleasure in their faces, the way the tentacles are nestled between their thighs or clutched around their breasts, and yet it doesn't feel like the girls are struggling to get away. No, there is almost a sense of serenity as the girls give themselves over to the grotesque beings that have claimed them--and in doing so, they convince us, as the viewer, to do the same.
