Description
This is actually the first of the series of which 'sick' is the second, but because of the way the new Depthcore packs were split I can only release this now. It wasn't meant to be a violent picture, more about representation of pain, but somewhere along the lines it slipped into gore :}Photoshop and Illustrator, 7000 x 4000 original res.
