When I found some great stock photos from [link] I had lots of ideas for pieces, but the 'Slaughter Pack' photos won me over
I know it's a bit gruesome but I was watching 'The Thing' recently and felt it was time for an 'alien-coming-out-of-head' piece. A mixture of custom brushes and stock photography, different blending modes and the liquify tool.

Its hard to believe that its not real... the blood on the left side (my right) looks perfect... just like a real blood would look. the angle the color. great skills... things that give out the unrealism is those white things that are coming out of the middle of the head... if they were not there I probably would think that you cracked his head open and took a shot... brilliant work.

This is actually genuinely quite terrifying...., and one of the most realistic manips of it's kind i've seen. I think you shoul;d slap a mature content on this lol, as I know if i'd seen this when i was about 11 or 12 i'd be rushing to vomit and have nightmares for an infinium
