Sometimes you forget that the deadline for Project Rooftopβs Storm redesign contest is at 2pm your time and you find yourself frantically designing something during your lunch break. I canβt tell if the reduced timeline was actually better for my design or not, but WHATEVER SUBMITTED IT no turning back nowI went for an Egyptian bent to 1. reflect her backstory of living in Egypt, and 2. c'mon guys I love Egypt, you should know this. It was fun trying to use some of the more recognizable motifs while still maintaining a modern style/silhouette.

Looks awesome, but I think it needs the little "X" logo somewhere! Otherwise they will look at her belt and think she's one of the V-Men, and no one takes them seriously.

What a babe. This is a great look for her - I might have put more bling/sparklies on but that's not really practical for a superheroine and I know you didn't have much time. Fantastic anyway!

Every time someone draws Storm looking amazing (which is hard to not do because, come on, it's Storm) a Sentinel self destructs from the pure awesome!

Yeah I knew what I wanted to do for it- i.e. the Egyptian influence- I just hadn't sat down and actually designed it yet.

I enjoy Xmen from time to time as (ha) time allows and interest piques, bit I am totally going to say that I love your redesign. I would gush, but being on my phone limits me as does the early hour.
