Double usage of the word drooping. Drooping
From high cheekbones
And sagging
From sunken cheeks. Try wilting instead. The challenge to a writer is instead of using the same descriptive word over and over to reach inside (even if it's a thesauras) LOL and find new words to convey the same thought. I do like this piece though.
