I think there are two different orchestras: the Canterlot Royal Sympony Orchestra, and the Equestrian Fillyharmonic Orchestra.

Who's the first and third pony in the middle row (next to Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie)?

The pony at the end of the top row is BonBon. The first pony on the middle row is Lyra Heartrings, and the third pony on the middle row is either called Golden Harvest or Carrot Top, depending on who you ask (I personally prefer the former).
All of them are background ponies who have been fan named. Only Lyra Heartrings's name has been used officially (on the toys, not the show.)

Ok. This is soooo cool ill ignore the nitpicks im about to say. Ditzy doo, bon bon and lyra they all have fillies. They cant be ths young. Plus we see them as teens without their cutie marks in the cutie mark chronicles. BUT WHO CARES ITS CUTE
