Happy Starlight Day!
Starlight day is soon upon us! This unicorn sure has grown a whole lot over the past several seasons, and it sure is quite the change to see her in charge of counseling for Twilight's NEW school in season 8!
She may have had quite a rough time fitting in, but luckily she is well deserved to be part of the Mane 6 nowadays and she sure is learning a lot more as she progresses.
I'd say, after two whole seasons... I think her character is near fully developed!
Starlight Day is Friday, March 23rd!

I went Las Peg-er, Vegas myself a few months back
It was a nice escape and the Pinball Hall of Fame was awesome.

I wrote a StarBurst story where Starlight and Sunburst go on a date in Las Pegasus. The Pinball Hall of Fame gave me the headcanon that Sunburst is a pinball wizard the same way Starlight has a thing for kites, and sneaky Starlight uses it to draw him close:
"Practice, huh?” Starlight let out a nervous chuckle as her mind formed a plan to draw him near. “Maybe you can show me. You can stand behind me and we could practice together.”
Sunburst’s face flared as he stepped behind her and placed his hooves over the buttons so that his front legs were practically hugging her. “Y-you mean like this?”
