Spike is like 6 years younger but Button is probably younger than Sweetie Belle (since he isn't in their class)

He does but thats probably because of his species, garble is probably like 15 or 16, so since spike is like 10 or 11, there might be a point where spike gets a bit taller, we dont know for sure, if we put ember into contrast she seems like a mature young adult so she's probably 15-18 mainly because of how small she is compared to the male dragons but thats probably because she is female.
