Awwwww! That's nice! Maybe she'll get a throne somewhere down the line...I mean, the throne room itself seems to be done as a plot device, but I'm sure they can bring it back for an episode/scene/whatever.

I for one totally think that this is going to happen. Starlight has just grown so much off of the others that it makes her character more appealing in the group.

Definitely! Starlight is possibly the best-developed character in the whole show and her 2-season arc has been my favorite thing to watch. I'm very glad that the show-runners put so much thought and care into her storyline and have no qualms on committing to it or even keeping her around even after her big crowning moment in Shadow Play (knock on wood).
I kinda fear that if she ever does get a throne, it will be her send-off on the show...However, I know the writers are creative enough to be able to give her a great reward for her growth without feeling the need to kick her out, so I think there's hope for her to earn the throne and actually get to use it. I don't know how it will happen, but I'm also confident that it definitely will at some point. In the meantime, I'm sure she's happy with the chair in her guidance counselor office.

I’ve not seen anything because of how much she skipped her lessons in season 6, and has only had minor cameos in season 6, and to some extent, 7. The only time I saw progress was in A Royal Problem. Nothing else. But that’s just my opinion.

I'm not saying she was right, but I can understand why she was so hellbent on revenge.
Think about it. How would you feel if someone who was against everything you thought was right showed up out of the blue and took away your life's work, your haven, the one place you felt like you could belong, destroyed the only thing that made you remotely happy and turned everyone you could consider a "friend" against you? Starlight probably felt like Twilight stole everything from her. Part of her still wanted to go through with tearing the scroll, probably because she felt she had nothing left to lose. In the end, she was a good pony deep, deep down and just couldn't bring herself to bring the rest of Equestria down with her.
It's rather sad when you think about her being that broken to the point of having nothing left to lose...

I can truly see Starlight almost acting the ways of Twilight... it's almost like a mother figure that Starlight looks up to.
It is just so, so cute to see her learning off of others, but whenever she wants to get what she wants... it's just a totally different route.
