A short skirt with creamy white line designed around its bottom part, a belted stockings, and a pair of black boots for her bottom. She also wore warm, black gloves to prevent her hands from trembling hard from the weather of White Fan Island. She also wore a hat that she inherited from the past White General, Droplet Janus, her foster father.

•Lt. General Torame: Torame is the closest person--after Janus--to her. Rhea changed Torame from a cowardly person to a brave young adult as they joined the army. Torame loves Rhea in a romantic way, yet Rhea only sees him as a friend and a younger brother. Anyone could see these two together most of the time, even in the business that the seniors of White Fan Army created they are working together.
•Colonel Verde: Her and Rhea are co-workers at a certain steak shop, and are the "Diabolic Duo" of the White Fan Army. Verde is the one Rhea tasked to manage the business of the White Fan Army, yet she helps them in their work.
•Major Azul: Of all people, Rhea had a rather troubling relationship with him. He's one of the most violent people Rhea had met. Soon, Rhea had finally tamed him and made Azul as her new 'pet' after helping him out.
     Grey and Black Fan Army

•Grey General Hatanaka: they don't have much talk, yet they saved one another from the past and they ally whenever a war is going to sprout again.
•Black General Kanemoto: the two doesn't have a good relationship even from the start. Kanemoto always get to find ways to move independently from the two other generals.
•Black Major General Florela: Rhea has named her as the wisest person at the whole army. Rhea respects her as an elderly and sees her as a motherly figure for she guides her throughout her life.

     Straw Hats Pirates: Rhea's unit became enemies with them as they trespassed the White Fan City. Yet, soon she came in good terms to them as Rhea's plan of revolt is slowly coming to life. Luffy is the one that took down their king, and Rhea is the one who sentenced her king to death.

•Grimmore G. Revena: She's the only person of her family that she remembers fully to this day since she had stronger bonds on her than any other of members of the Grimmore Family.
•Grimmore G. Lhanous: Rhea and him used to combat when Rhea is still a child. He wishes for her to grew up to be a really strong warrior--although she is a girl--and be the next ruler of the Grimmore Dynasty.
•Siblings: She doesn't know much about her siblings except for Eyos who she saw once while her father walked her around the training grounds of Xilia Island.

•Droplet Janus: Rhea respects him so much, both as a father and as a Marshal of the Field. Janus is the one to keep Rhea in since she was a child. Without him, Rhea might be dead by now.
•King Alex XI: "He is a tyrant ruler that everyone loves, and the only one to rebel against him is Lucien." As soon as the economy of the White Fan Island starts to fall, Rhea has planned a revolt against him, or even more a revolution. She acts as a puppet to him, following all his orders with no questions asked, yet he holds grudge against him as he is the reason Janus is now dead.
•Duchess Rowana: She is an acquaintance of Rhea. Rhea despise her so much for being the number one cause of problem of the kingdom.

•Drakkon
     Drakkon subspecies are pretty much humans, but their genes are modified and combined with genes of the dragons. Their origin dates back 900 years ago when a small group of people were chosen to participate this experiment.Everything went wrong and causing them to descend away from the civilization, and live in a small island between Calm Belt and South Blue. Drakkons usually have their eyes modified, others have weird tails with them, or even a dragon head. Because of the dragon genes, they act stronger than an average human.
•Electric Discharge
     Electric Discharge is a technique that has been long gone in the books at Xilia Kingdom, however, it is still written at the old scripts that her mother has kept. Due to Drakkons having their genes modified, Rhea could harness the electricity hat is flowing in their body, as their body was a good conductor of electricity. Drakkons are naturally immune to electricity and shocks, even thunder.

•Weaponries: A prototype spear, and a Devil Fruit induced sword called Red-Eyed
          -The Red-Eye was pretty much the most useless weapon according to Rhea. It doesn't have anything special in exception of turning into a black snake and induce poison to people. The sword is more like a pet snake to her than a weapon. She acquired it by saving 'some weird-looking scientist'.
