I would say that the textures are good, It looks like it is suppose to be a sticker, it is good art work, good shading, and derpy eyes. I would also say that this artist made a good job, making derpy into a little cute sticker. The wings where designed well, So where the hidlegs, Frontlegs, Mane, Tail, and this looks like the artist took a long time making this so i am rating it
5 for vision

5 for technique
5 for impact.
