(Part one!)

This dressup game is based on historical court clothing during the Chinese Qing Dynasty, and was also heavily inspired by a number of gorgeous period dramas, particularly the Legend of Zhen Huan and its American recut, Empresses in the Palace.

Background images were labeled for fair use or are public domain; if I have incorporated one in error please please let me know. Also let me know if you spot any bugs!

This is the first part of a very large game; the final project will feature more outfits, more backgrounds, and a ton more accessories, including my first ever drag and drop section so that you can really customize your hairstyle. Hair decs during this period were just flat out gorgeous, and a drag and drop is the only way I can come close to doing them justice.
