And here is the first of the mini-fellowship of the ring that my boyfriend and I are creating. He is supplying warhammer weaponry and moral support. Lil Gimli here is standing at a proud height of exactly 3inches and is armed and ready to fend off the elf that I have recently finished. He took just over 4 hours to make and I am quite proud of how he turned out, him being my boyfriends favourite lotr character after all. The beard was a big challenge, not many fairies having them I have had no practice before this, but it came out okay. So far Legolas is finished and ready to be photographed, and Aragon is fine but lacking weapons. Thankyou again to my boyfriend, without him.....umm...none of them would have weapons
