I think this is because two different kinds of processing colors by the webbrowser. Maybe you have an color management tool and build your own ICC-Profile. I see same behavior at my second, very old Monitor.

That is a beautiful mound of Venus, captured very nicely.
Btw, I just noticed that the colors changed slightly when I switch between full view and resized. I guess it's dA's fault.
