Description I walk by the entrancing river, that glistened in the early sun, in only my white gown.
I feel bare. Unprotected. Seen. The water moves faster and my heartbeat quickens.
I feel unnecessary fear, it seems all eyes upon me and my bareness, alas, there are none.
Just the sun's rays radiating down on my pale skin.
Beautiful flowers erupt from the ground as the world evolves around me.
I continue walking, an oak tree stands tall next to me, lines of age run through it's brown, hardened bark.
I lean against the tree, it's summer green leaves slowly turn orange, yellow, red and brown.
They waver in the wind, breakaway from the  strong branches and gracefully float down to the grassy ground.
My bare feet become covered with them . A cool winters wind washes through, blowing the leaves away.
I hold on tight to that oak tree-the only tangible item I see as the winter takes all away and makes everything same.
A powdery, white blanket encompassing all. Soon, I hear birds begin to chirp, the sun returns and I finally let go of the old oak.
I walk following that alluring whisper coming from the now unfrozen lake. But, it ends. I stop in my tracks and turn around, I see the tree, the birds, the white blanket, then even so far back-the flowers. The June. A strong embrace of arms wrap around me. I gasp, and realize it's him. The one I fiercely and undeniably love. He sweeps me from my feet and effortlessly carries me away, so we can be together-at last.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your comments. I wrote this piece quite a while ago when I was first really getting into writing so it means a lot to me that you enjoyed it! I'm glad that you could really feel it and as you said, it 'put you right there', that's exactly the effect I wanted! I actually wrote this for someone else, and I'm pretty sure they've found him. Again, thanks!
