I see some Vince Locke influence in this piece. It reminds me of his covers for the Deadworld comics and Cannibal Corpse albums.

My skin melts and slides off while I gasp and cough.
My semi-solid nose falls to the ground making a disgusting splatting sound.
Now, I'm lean and mean and people run because I look obscene.
Stay away from those fat burning pills, I blame them and my stupidity for my ills!
