Technical: (How this photo can be improved)
1. No nail polish - too bright, too much competitive contrast with lips and hair.
2. Make the teeth appear whiter. Next to the whites of eyes and stockings, too dark
(this is only one photographer's opinion, so take it for what it is). Generally, an exceptional shot.

I agree on both parts, though I am not a photographer. I noticed that the teeth seem jacked up. I would have kept her mouth shut. She is a lovely woman but, I personally love nudes in action. And they should be at rough or honest angles some times. Just to catch the honest beauty of a subject. You will also display the natural lines and curves of the body during an activity. Don't be afraid to use a model with a few extra pounds either. Because there are so many stick figure, playboy-ish pics here. Maybe you could put art on, or cast shadow on your subject. You might never really be noticed by anyone other than, guys who seem 13. In my humble opinion. It's the difference between displayed in a gallery & or a home. Verses being a saved to a hard drive.

Nail polish and teeth are valid criticisms (which can easily be handled via Photoshop).
However, it is the color and lighting that strokes my eye with this photo. A juxtaposition of the stockings, shirt, and hair is fabulous! The tone of the nipples stand out against the pale skin, which is enhanced by the side lighting...which also lends definition to different parts of the torso.
Being a lifelong admirer of the female form, the only thing I will note, to my untrained eye, is that the side lighting is a bit too harsh on her left shoulder, and this creates too much darkness on her right arm.
But, again, nothing some touch ups in Photoshop can't handle!
