Description
This piece was originally based on The Matrix (The Wachowski Brothers, 1999) and it still is I guess, however its meaning became "deeper" as the drawing developed. You should decide what it means to you on your own but, I find it very disturbing, it is supposed to represent the human struggle for freedom against an oppressive organisation which is hell-bent on controlling all aspects of our lives. This has a literal link to the film in that The Matrix supposedly keeps us trapped within a fictional world from which we can never escape. I am not one of those political activists who wants to bring down the government, nor am I one of the lunatics who thinks that the Matrix is a documentary.Though please do not be confused I am crazy. LoL
Anyway more than anything else it is a nice drawing which I worked at off and on for about four years and any feedback would be most appreciated, thank you.

focus, look at all the information, the words are right there, you can find them
you just have to see past the wrong lines, focus on the the lines which show the message

I really love the main face in the bottom right - the detail around the eyes works so well. Your stuff turns out great when you put in lots of time and really apply yourself. Love the whole black and white thing, as you already know

Oh I forgot, it was made with simple Black Biro on A3 cartridge paper
and the brown colour on the bottom right is tea, or coffee or possibly coca-cola? I dont know I cant remember
