Description
When I am drowning all I need is air.I can't live that way, sinking with no hope.
If I could only breathe in just one time,
I could live for a just one more moment.
I would have some semblance of hope, a chance.
Air, life, water, fire, a new beginning.
Freedom found in the now.
That one thing essential to my survival.
Like a drug I have been addicted to since birth,
Life without it is not life at all.
I may as well be drowning with no hope of rescue,
Submerged beneath any possible reach.
Or burning, deep within the heart of the Sun.
My chance of survival, beyond impossible.
Only one light can give me the vision to see my way to a bright future.
There is only one point I can truly view.
From which I may exist to perceive at all.
Like the Light of the Sun, only that can provide sufficient vision,
Only air can keep me alive, only water can put out these flames.
Only love can set me free from these chains of emptiness.
There is only one way I can truly be,
With you.

not really fear as much as sadness but loneliness would be the best word to describe it I feel. perhaps fear of continuing to be alone and obviously sadness at currently being alone.
