So that the words lingeringAt the edge of those ruby red lips
Will slip from your tongue
Into the salty sea where you\'re
Just not good enough for anyone
You just don\'t feel that
Well enough for anyone, or yourself.
Maybe that\'s why...
Have you ever just stopped to think
Stopped to ask yourself why?
I think, personally, that you\'re afraid
Of the answer
Everyone is afraid of the answer
Afraid of knowing what they MUST know...
I have to know, I\'m sorry, I have to see
But I\'ll add my own thoughts
Nasty, hypocritical
To cover up the nice, loving ones
That were never my own
At least not recently
And for once,
Please just for once
Will you pray before you sleep
You know you could die in your sleep
Then where would that leave me?
Alone...just alone, I\'m afraid
BECAUSE I WAKE UP EVERY DAY
Wake up...to the own screaming drone
In my head
Peaceful, serene...
Unless it doesn\'t get its
Daily dose of sanity
Then I go off
Then I really go crazy
And the knocking the beating
Of the screaming drone
Break bones and holes in my mind
I can\'t stand
I can\'t stand another day.

Doesnt mean i dont like the poem, i just i dont know. Yeah. its good, just gives me a weird feeling
Maybe envy? because you have something .. something to set your mind and body at equilibrium and the rest of us here are still flirting with insanity.
