Description The phone rang
At seven this morning
I woke up
To the pain
Sharp burning in my side
Glassy blue eyes
Overshadowing the things
My near vision
Would claw them out
Not to see
All bloody and scarred
It drips from my face
To the paper
I\'m writing this on
Blind now
But I still feel how the pen moves
And I still haven\'t had enough of you
Lying in bed
I play with the idea of killing this
I flirt with the motion of ending it
And all of nothing that it is
Comes back
And I finally see what you mean

well... the first part is ok, then it isn't so great, then the end is terrific. from 'but i still feel...' onward, it really works.. that violent gory stuff seems artificial. either make it stronger or ditch it.
