Description
I have this friendHis name is Philip
That only I can see
He talks to me and tells me things
What will change and what will be
Philip knows who will die
And scares me with the truth
His greedy eyes and grim stoned smile
Are signs of wasted youth
His hair unbrushed and smell of smoke
Provoke his blood-soaked clothes
No family for him; Me, one friend
The only one who knows
That although Philip's suffered much
He won't leave or use what's free
Not prone to tears or heartbreak
He is the antithesis of you and me
Philip is my best friend
A living image in my head
Philip knows not of love nor hate
But loyalty instead

Having an imaginery friend is really good for a child. And even into late adolescence, it helps expand the imagination. I really like this, its cute. Yeah i agree with fatesmistake on the whole last stanza ordeal. that was brillant. Love it babe!
