Description
The skeletonsDance in circles
Around my room
With thin smiles
Settling upon
Their lifeless faces
I sit and stare
At their dizzy dance
My eyes glued
To their trance
To their hypnotic beauty
As they sing
In their child voices
Innocent little girls
So small,
So disgustingly mistakable
Their bones cracking
With every graceful spin.

Reminds me of a poem I wrote a while back The Waltz of The Dead... I would intemperate the skeletons as people, and there movements represent people going blindly through life destroying themselves and others as they go along in a search for the norms, and happiness that never did exist at any point in history..

i interpret this as the skeletons being...a vision, glimpse of death.. of..something that you dont have.. That you want but you dont want all at the same time.
In their child voices
Innocent little girls
So small,
So disgustingly mistakable
Their bones cracking
The innocent, as you said.
Very well done.
