You like the splashes? Me too... It was a splashy assignment. xD
Anyways, I use a combination of time and brushes. I downloaded some photoshop splash brushes, then put them where I wanted them, then did the whole layer mask--apply image thing to get the right color [starting from white]. Then I used a basic 3 px hard brush to kick up some smaller splashes and distort the larger ones to make it more realistic.
Ya. I know that totally didn't make sense. Note me for a more detailed tutorial!

I don't remember where I got the splashes... They're brushes from here, I think. I think I searched Photoshop CS2 splash brushes or sommat like that.

nope sorry, I'm I tend to do them for myself when I need them, but try on nshc-studio.net I work there and if you're not a staff in the free-for-all sections you can still take all the requests you want
