Finishing off Pride Month with a debut of yet other ship a few friends and I had in the works; Imara and Zuri. Loved the idea of a melodramatic Zuri falling for a buff emotional rock. Zuri is bisexual while Imara is demiromantic

Imara x Zuri is very much connected to Vitani x Tiifu, I like to think Imara met Tiifu through Vitani and eventually met Zuri through Tiifu. Imara parallels Vitani's stoic reserved demeanor and Tiifu's levelheaded emotional support, meanwhile Zuri parallels Tiifu's outgoing, feminine nature and Vitani's tendency to hide insecurities with a snippy, blunt attitude

While Tiifu's already been gay for a long time, Zuri had been unknowingly closeting her own bisexual feelings for years, mostly leaning towards guys until meeting Imara, who'd awakened something in her lol

Here we have the two enacting a theme I seemed to have had going on all month with most of my art; that being that you shouldn't overwork yourself or else your soft same-sex Pridelander partner will bully you with Love and Pampering

I like to think this takes place in the same timeline as these two previous works I worked on this month (1 , 2 ). Imara pushes herself with one of her outrageous goals to test her strength as she substitutes in Vitani’s place and Zuri doesn't like the sound of one getting themselves so dirty, so she offers for Imara to take some time treat herself

(btw the composition and colors of the background is inspired by both the bisexual and demiromantic flags)
