this is awesome. i love the idea behind this, and its despite the departure from the seemingly usual dark backgrounds, the lightness and detail in the background of this work is really good, i love the acid washed bright grunge motif.

Disturbing, but that's the intent I suppose . I think it's the human face that's most disturbing. I also have the say, I really really like the background of the image, very cool... The background often gets over looked.

Ah bugs are freaky! This looks cool Sarah, the compostion and layering of the fly and the face is very cool, lots of symbolism to contend with here. Works very well as the lone fly is restrained against it's will.
