Practiced enough at keeping his expression indifferent and neutral Quinn mostly appears emotionless to others but given a reason he tends to crack a grin here and there.

Not much of an open book since his birth, Quinn doesn't feel the need to share or talk about himself. And feeling his past is best left forgotten he doesn't tell much or anything about it when asked and prefers to listen rather than put in his two cents.
With the pressures of staying secretive and emotionless now gone, the relief has caused a change in Quinn and he had become much more expressive than he was even before the dark ages. Smiling and laughing openly are no longer new to him and it is as if the turmoil the rebellion faced has begun to heal him and make him realize how much he values his pack and friends, and doesn't wish to close himself off or hide from them any longer. While he still doesn't open up much about his past and still prefers to listen, it is no longer rare for him to chime in and speak what is on his mind

[Ambitious]
Quinn has a strong desire for achievement and likes to prove to others his usefulness. Though he wouldn't admit it he craves the approval and acceptance of wolves he respects and feels irritable if he is unable to do so.
After becoming friends with Nyru, Quinn's more driven than he's ever been to do everything he can to contribute to the rebellion and reclaim Vale
Though the dark ages had changed his focus and ambition, Quinn's drive for achievement has still held fast and he wishes to continue contributing to Vale with the best of his ability

[Courteous]

Though he wasn't raised to be, he tries his best to be courteous to others and their feelings, especially females. A "Ladies First" kind of guy, Quinn will always put females before himself and feels a natural protectiveness for them whether he knows them well or not. Unfortunately most take this as 'babying' them and usually see his try at goodwill as an annoyance.

[Haunted]

Still hanging onto memories and guilt from his past, Quinn often has nightmares of his past deeds and his father's death. When alone and left to think he can sometimes be seen shaking with stress as he recounts what he had put others through. Knowing he can't last with the weight of his baggage Quinn tries his best to make up for his past sins and hopes to one day be rid of them.
Quinn partly blames Faust's death on his inability to stop the new "king" of Vale when he'd first encountered him during the battle. He feels that either he should have defeated Renier, or been killed in Faust's place for so many wolves depended on and adored the young alpha.
While Quinn is still affected by his past actions and murdering his own father, he knows now that he is not a bad wolf and has changed for the better. He still carries the baggage of his past deeds, not wanting to forget the lives he foolishly ended but he does his best to ensure that this feeling does not overcome him or affect his future and progress. With the realization that Faust survived and returned to them, Quinn saw this as a sign that the efforts he and the rebellion faced were worth while, and that they were not brutes or murders that were stupidly fighting against change.

Born in a mountainous and rather hostile pack, Quinn was raised on a kill or be killed basis and taught from a early age how to viciously defend himself and pack-mates. Though his childhood was filled with peace from his mother and sister, the pressure and expectations from his father, Anthony, shadowed the pup all the way to adolescence. Pushing to please his father Quinn took his lessons seriously and did everything he could to go above expectation which quickly resulted in him excelling over his peers. As the alpha's son this was to be expected, however several of the beta pairs wished for their own children to secede and had planed on kidnapping and killing Quinn to ensure their offspring's success. During the night of the planned attack Quinn awoke to a young beta attempting to squeeze the air from his jugular, immediately causing panic in the juvenile. However Quinn's drive to live overcame him as he managed to dislodge and kill his assailant. Never having killed anything but prey Quinn's body trembled with shock, but as his packmates and father rushed to the scene looking rather pleased, the juvenile internalized killing as a just action and one that would make his father proud.

The pleasure on Anthony's face was unbridled as he looked down on his son seeing potential in the juvenile. Intent on seeing how powerful Quinn could become, Anthony made his training more rigorous and prepared him for a harsh role he labeled 'protector'. Soon catching on to these happenings, and worried about her mate's intentions Veronica attempted to lessen Quinn's training but was instantly rebutted by Anthony. Instead during the night Veronica would attempt to teach the young wolf non-violent lessons but this to was soon thwarted by Anthony. With his lessons uninterrupted Quinn was trained vigorously until he could go toe to toe with an adult by the time he turned one.

Believing his son was ready to do what he needed, Anthony soon began to send Quinn to dispatch any wolf he deemed a 'threat', though to an outsider looking in it was clear what the male's true intentions were. Ignorant to his father's hunger for power, and believing he was doing what was right Quinn willingly took many lives for his pack and father. These jobs stretched on for quite a time and eventually it got to the point were Quinn was forced by his father to usurp young alphas and threaten the remaining subordinates off of their land. Eventually Quinn started to doubt his actions as he was sent out more and more to get rid of wolves that couldn't possibly threaten his family, and by age three Quinn was fully aware that his actions were somehow wrong, but having never been taught any better he suppressed his feelings and continued to be his fathers right hand. Soon he was pushed to the point of having nightmares and feeling haunted by his victims until finally Quinn was pushed to the point of cowering to his mother, Veronica for comfort as he expressed to her his overwhelming regret and conflict.

Knowing what Quinn had been forced to do for so long, Veronica herself confessed her regret and worry for him promising that he had the power to stop and change his path. With encouragement from his mother, Quinn confronted his father and stated that he refused to continue killing, and sinning for him; immediately enraged by his son's disobedience Anthony berated him and spewed threats though it quickly became apparent that his words fell on death ears. Quickly turning to panic knowing his son could easily displace him, Anthony grabbed his mate, threatened her life should Quinn continue to try and disobey him. Seeing the only wolf he cared to protect in danger sent Quinn into a rage and he reacted the only way he was taught, with violence.

Taking over the pack after winning against and regrettably killing his father, Quinn believed he could finally be content with life. Unfortunately his past deeds and the threat of revenge from packs he had wrong pushed him to the decision of being succeeded by his mother and leaving to carve a life where he could no longer hurt his family.

Group History:
- Joined Vale, but couldn't get himself to trust those around him until Wren showed her kindness and attempted to help him even after he'd been so harsh and snappish with her. He felt he owed her more than he could give, but ended up sharing a nice afternoon with her, during which he pledged his help.

- Had mixed feelings about Vale, but after a talk with Nyru he began to work harder and found his place in the pack. He thanks her for her support and continues to grow from her example

- Meets a mix of his packmates and finally feels at home and peaceful until Faust calls on him and others to track down a wolf who had been terrorizing and attacked a fellow member. Many of these searches came up futile, and by the time Ren was found it was to late for the wolves of Vale. With Faust gone and Renier as Vale's new "king", Quinn knows he can not simply let this pass. He has thoughts about striking up a rebellion to either rid Vale of the reign of terror, or lead his pack mates to safety so they may begin to start a peaceful life elsewhere.

- After much deliberation Quinn joins with Nyru's gathering and pledge's himself to the rebellion under her rule.

- Not wanting to waste time while Nyru was away Quinn has begun training alone and with fellow rebellion members to refresh his skills and strength

- With the dark ages behind him, Quinn has truly become the wolf he was meant to be and finally feels content in his place at the Vale pack
