Description
Specter is the silent and serious manger of the Pitca Bank, he is less interested in client happiness and more interested in assisting them quickly so he can move on to who's next in line. He enjoys organization and having everything correctly place, but is quick to freak out if he makes a mistake even if it is a minimal one. He is cousins with Agatha and can barely stand her though she seems to adore being around him.
