Description
"We have no choice," one of the cloaked figures said solemnly. "She is a threat to everything we have worked so hard for. She must be eliminated."The entire room was silent as they digested this. Some of them were calm, some of them fidgeted uncertainly, but not quite sure how to say anything. The Council was quiet as the thought about this, pondering how to respond. Of course, they were expecting this outcome when they first called the meeting, but it was a shock to hear it spoken out loud so firmly.
"But surely that's a little too far, isn't it?" one of them said hesitantly, their hood falling even further down their face. Β All twelve members were dressed in the same billowing black robe, with large hoods covering their faces. The purpose of that was so that no one knew what they looked like. Though they had been working very closely together, they knew nothing about what the other members looked like. Their leader thought things were safer that way, goodness knows why.
They sat in a large room on a raised platform, in one line. It kind of looked like a courtroom, but no one could tell for certain. The place was so dimly lit that they all looked like a group of Grim Reapers about to decide your fate. Which wasn't too far from the truth.
"There is no other way!" one of them down the end said loudly, banging their fist on the table. "If this girl is allowed to live, she could very well realize who she really is!"
"Not to mention, she could destroy everything we have accomplished!" Another figure added.
"But if we leave it alone, then maybe nothing will happen!"
"That's right! It's not like anything is guaranteed." Said one of the members in the middle. There was a murmuring as everyone thought of this, nodding their heads in agreement. Some of them weren't too pleased with the idea though.
"But we can't afford to take that chance!" cried a figure down the end. "If she realizes who she really is, we might as well kiss goodbye to our very lives!"
"But surely-!"
Very soon there were arguments left right and center, insults being thrown, ideas being shot down, and the room was filled with twelve very loud, very angry voices. Many of them had stood up, raising their voices even louder to be heard over the commotion.
"ENOUGH!" Bellowed the figure in the middle (obviously the leader). He slammed his palms down on the table and stood up, looking down at the other members. The whole room instantly went silent. Everyone else slowly sat back down and looked up at him with a mixture of awe and fear. The leader looked at them all sternly before speaking, making sure that he had their complete and utter attention.
"The decision is final." His voice was cold and clear, sending shivers down everyones spines. He spoke slowly, almost dragging out what he was saying. "That girl is too much of a threat to be allowed to live. She must be eliminated. Any objections?" He looked around the table.
Nobody dared say a word.
He nodded, satisfied. "Very good. Now, send the boy in."
A moment later the large doors opened, and a tall, auburn-haired man walked in. His face was completely unreadable, his violet eyes devoid of emotion. He stood up straight and tall, keeping his eyes level with the leader. The only thing that betrayed him was the way kept fiddling with the small dagger in his right hand.
"You called, Master?" His voice was clear and confident. And again, completely free of any emotion.
The leader raised his hand, and an image appeared in the air before him. The man's expression did not change; he simply waited for his instructions.
The picture was of a pale skinned girl with dark hair, a pointy nose, and startling grey eyes. She was sitting in the corner of a bookstore, deeply immersed in a book.
"This girl was the reason I called you here," the leader said coldly. A shiver passed through the other eleven figures. "I want you to find her."
The young man nodded. "Yes Master."
"Andβ¦" the leader added, pausing for dramatic effect. He grinned, his teeth glinting menacingly in the dim light. "I want you to kill her."
The man's expression didn't change. "Yes Master."

i think i understand.
the council wishes to take over the land, keeping secret from each-other so if they were to be captured, nobody would be able to rat anybody out, the girl that must be killed, is daughter of a high priestess, from a legend to bring peace to an uprising war and revolution, though because she has no knowledge of her magic, because she was adopted, and doesn't use it, she lacks color, thus explaining her skin eyes and hair, if she found out about her identity she could learn how to control magic and stop the council, before they take over...
this idea formed in my head as i was reading, what do you think?

Thanks Ideas rush through my head daily, i just lack the skill in literature and drawing to make anything work. If you'd like you could use it for the story, my idea is based on that entire segment, so it's just as much your idea as it is mine ^^
