Description
Taken with digital camera but with a manual tilt/shift lens from Ukraine call Hartblei, at f5.6, not f1.0, it's a none AF-i lens so camera recorded it at the max f stop the camera programmed it to be.Related content

This is sweet! I thought it was a lensbaby shot at first. I almost bought one of those Russian made tiltshifts then i said no way. It looked cool all machined aluminum and stuff but i had no referance to know if it was a good deal.

Good picture and whatnot. Questioning the integrity of the phrase, "A natural pose." I've never seen anyone sit like this. Congrats on the DD.

and, the blur, is natural unfocused or post manipulated?

when the lens is tilted, like the bellow of large format camera, the part you focus is sharp and the rest will be blur as the glasses in the lens aren't parallel anymore.

Other than digital camera and and adjusted the level in photoshop nothing else is digital in this pic. If I shoot in film I will still need to use photoshop for level as backlight is very tricky.

Hartblei, Lensbaby isn't real glass.

nope, only f3.5 but it's a none cpu lens, camera recognized it as f1.0, no idea why. Anyway I shot that pic at f5,6, amazing result consider it wasn't even at largest f stop.

Fair enough, but yeah - nice results. I want a tilt-shift lens, but I can't afford one and I can't justify saving up for one because I wouldn't use the tilt shift option that often.

No matter how beautiful she is, the only thing I see that is the focal point is the eyes. Most important, most beautiful, most mysterious in every way, yearning to understand. I love the simplicity of this piece, great shape and lighting.
