These ladies (yes all three are females) are ready for a line dance!
Okay, so Iām not sure what they are actually doing.
A dominance thing like dogs do, maybe? All I know is it was too funny to pass up the shot!

Awkward conga line aside, I like the one off to the side. It's stripes looks like they are running like mascara. I think we got a white horse sneaking in there. JK, but I really like this.

Some scientists don't understand most animals behaviors like this. It could be a dominance thing, it could be that they are in heat, or they are just playing around (horsing around).

You're right, it could be lots of things, and it certainly isn't covered in standard animal behavior stories! All I know is I got a kick out of watching them.
