Shoop Da Woop is a meme that is "owned" by 4chan.
The structure of the body and appearance was inspired by Lord Tirek's appearance. Furthermore, a simple version of Lord Tirek was used in the making of this creation. Also, a Shoop Da Woop image was also used to help create the work. Last but not least, the eyes were inspired by Cosmic Armor Superman's original character design. (He had one green eye and one red eye.)
The original idea was based off of SnakeKey's idea for a certain ally of Paul and Lala.
