I did this in Spanish to pass the time, and it's nowhere near being done. It's drawn on the back of my homework, which is the text you see. I'm planning on refining this drawing and drawing clocks on the turtle's shell...things. Yeah, done.Related content

Critique: (i'm not trying to tear your work apart or anything. if it makes you mad if i critique a lot, you can shun me. and SHUN with all the shunnyness you possess.)
i like the head/neck portion, the anatomy seems more correct there than the rest of the sketch. you might wanna adjust the legs b/c they seem awkward, especially the one farthest to the right. the shell is well drawn, though its too large for the head, but if you intended things to be a certain way, ignore all i have said here. i like the little flag. ^__^ oh... he's holding it in his mouth, right? o.O doesn't quite look like he's biting on it. i'm trying to read the flag. it looks like it says..... amish..... with a weird doo-hickie in front o.O whoa there.... *bangs head on table* i'm sorry i critiqued so much. i must be punished.*bang bang bang*

Yes, I was mildly impressed with myself for the head and neck, considering I've never drawn a turtle's head and/or neck before in my life. 
Yeah, I've always had trouble with legs...any tips? And I very rarely start out intending to draw anything in a very particular way, so I'm nearly always open to changes and whatnot. If I mean it to be a certain way, I'll probably say so in the description, which can sometimes get very long, as I tend to elaborate to an unnecessary degree, if you know what I mean. 
Yay flags! Yeah, he was supposed to be holding it in his mouth, but then I realized that his head was at completely the wrong angle if I wanted the text to be legible at all! So I just sort of rammed it down his throat and hoped no one would notice...? XD Yeah, bad error, but I didn't want to erase that wonderful head-/neck-work! It'll probably be fixed in my next draft.
This is when full-view comes in very handy. ^_^ Click the image to get a (much) bigger version, and at that point you will hopefully be able to tell that it says "Spanish." And yes, it does say that for a reason! Probably will be more obvious and more legible on my next draft.
Hehe, I already said, I don't mind critiques, especially if they are actually critique-y and not just "i HAT YOU
Also, a bit of advice for you: Go to the Settings panel on the right side of the page, click the Browsing tab, and in the General Browsing box, next to where it says "Open Deviations," select "Zoomed In." It will prevent you from missing the "bigger picture." Har har har.
