Description
It's all quite simple and clear to me,that I'm surrounded in an endless material sea.
It's tiring and baffling to those confused,
that generations above and below are sadly abused.
The media of course, doesn't take the time to look,
they scheme knowing their minds are closed books.
So they feed them garbage, make them thin and pretty,
when all I can say is that it's utterly silly.
It's hard to blend when mind set is distraught,
they look you up and down, as if I'm self taught.
What happened to art and appreciation?
I guess it got lost in the process of collaboration.
They're proud to walk with minds thin as paper,
though really they're afraid, because they think it is safer.
And though they seem happy with a mask made of plastic,
perhaps they feel it makes them more elastic.
It's all quite simple in times of damnation,
that I'm surrounded in a sea of total elation.

You don't know how glad I feel to know that someone agrees. It seems that a lot of people are stuck within the media. I, truthfully, am into tv shows, but I am glad my family got rid of cable. It seems like the views of corporations are getting into everyone's heads these days.

I really like this, and you chose a good picture to go along with it. It makes a good point and it rhymes while doing it. The only thing I'd suggest is setting it to more of a meter or rhythm, but it's just a suggestion. It's well done the way it is now.

I'm sooooo terribly sorry if I offend anyone here by saying this, But I hate the way people clothe and ACT ALL THE SAME ............... I Mean People Look at you differently, or say you're weird even if you act a little different then other people!!! WEIRD IS GOOD!! I Loooooooove different people!! ^^
Burn all the mindless robots these days!! plus people worry about stuff too much, they forget what is TRULY important: .... LIVING YOUR LIFE!!! It pisses me off that people are soooooooo freakin' depressed most days!!
